An incredibly imaginative and innovative print ad has been created by advertising agency NORD for Volkswagen. The marketing materials spotlight the auto maker's Night Vision feature in an entertaining and interactive manner. The print ad is created with two layers of ink which allow it to be read in daylight and in the dark.
The traditional ink reveals a sad story of a poor little deer who gets hit by a car -- a heart-wrenching narrative that "happens way too often on Swedish roads." However, NORD's second layer of ink which is fluorescent completely rewrites the daylight version of the innovative print ad. When read in the dark, the car stops before it is too late.
The innovative print ad is a wonderful way of engaging audiences in a completely relevant medium that gets the message of the product accross.
