Front is a shared inbox startup that has recently added WhatsApp support to its platform. The WhatsApp integration is now live on the platform, and it was added to the platform for those who also use WhatsApp Business. Messages from WhatsApp will appear much like other messages on Front. Users can also discuss with coworkers while accessing a WhatsApp conversation. After discussions with coworkers users can then hit reply when ready to continue the conversation.
The shared inbox startup has also added integration with CRMs including Salesforce, Pipedrive as well as HubSpot. Additionally Front has already added integration with text messaging onto its platform. All of the different features available on the platform are combined with a shared inbox, working together to provide a simple business-focused interface.
