Russian studio Archetype was tasked with the renovation of a Moscow flat, occupied by a young professional. The project called for a homey and elegant interior, as well as the installment of extra storage systems.
Appropriately dubbed the 'Pomegranate Apartment,' the overhaul of the Moscow flat boasts richly toned colors -- a strong redwood, hints of emerald green, dark blue and some brass detailing. The palette is identified as "aristocratic," which communicates the overall elegant ambiance of the interior. Furthermore, the design changes instill a homey and ambient vibe that suggests some form of mystery and sophistication.
Archetype also made some structural changes to the Moscow flat that build privacy wherever it is necessary -- the bedroom, bathroom and dressing room are closed off from the rest of the apartment, while the kitchen and communal areas enjoy an open concept.
