Nike and A’ja Wilson Launches a New Calm Slide Model

A’ja Wilson works in collaboration with Nike on the latest pair of the Calm Slide model. It is made with a colorway which blends Rush Red, Electric Yellow, Metallic Gold, Black, and Summit. It is set to launch later this summer, marked for July 18th and can be accessed online at Nike.

The Calm Slide collaboration highlights a fiery tonal theme. The silhouette gets a gradient application which transforms from red to orange along the upper. It evokes the influence of a sunset as well with an underfoot designed with a black footbed to keep everything grounded and comfortable. The sole is slightly clear and has an electric yellow motif, which nods to Wilson's branding.
