References: seikowatches
The 145th anniversary King Seiko VANAC limited-edition watch is produced in a run of 800 pieces and features a silver-white dial with a contrasting blue index ring and matching blue hands. The design uses horizontal dial texturing and a date display at 3 o’clock, maintaining an integrated sports-watch structure with a focus on colour and surface contrast.
The watch is built in a stainless steel case with an integrated bracelet, measuring 41mm in diameter and 14.3mm in thickness, with 100m water resistance. It is powered by an automatic movement with a 72-hour power reserve and a rated accuracy of +10/-5 seconds per day, visible through a sapphire caseback. The design continues a retro-inspired direction rooted in 1970s styling cues, focusing on dial execution and finishing rather than structural change.
