Hidez has invented a compression suit specially made for horses. These full body suits are all black and make a horse look like some sort of bizarre, four-legged athlete wearing Under Armor.
Hidez claims that its suit will lead to improved blood flow, faster recovery from injuries and reduce muscle fatigue. The suit is also calming for animals who become more relaxed when wearing it. According to Hidez, the suits are made from the "most durable fabrics of their kind anywhere in the world" so one knows this product is for real. Skin-tight suits work for humans so Hidez figured similar technology would work for horses.
Hidez still has a patent pending but it may not be long before the Kentucky Derby is filled with horses wearing compression suits.
