These new Fancypants cookies have been unveiled by the crispy cookie snack brand as a series of seasonally inspired treats perfect for consumers to get their hands on this spring and summer. The products come in the new Strawberry Shortcake and Lemon Tart flavors, which are arriving online now with availability slated to start at Central Market later this month. The Strawberry Shortcake variety features real bites of strawberry and white chocolate chips, while the Lemon Tart has lemon oil and Spanish lemon zest to prioritize a fresh flavor.

Founder Maura Duggan spoke on the latest Fancypants cookies saying, "With our new limited-edition Lemon Tart and Strawberry Shortcake flavors, we wanted to lean into the seasonality of spring and summer mixed with childhood nostalgia. We also wanted to create more dessert indulgent flavors that used berries and bright ingredients, while keeping with our flavor philosophy of classic, approachable, and innovative with a special fancy twist."
