Top 100 Architecture Trends in July

From Neo-Gothic Restaurants to Boldly Colored Remote Dwellings:

From nature-inspired abodes to minimalist dwellings, the July 2018 architecture trends demonstrate a definite sway toward embracing the environment.

While some firms produce lush and tree-infused spaces that boost morale, others conceive of exceptionally minimalist abodes that are meant to not over-extend their presence in the beautiful landscape. An instance of the former is David Chipperfield Architects' cube-shaped office building for Korean beauty brand, Amorepacific. The latter, on the other hand, is exhibited through numerous architectural ventures — from Kod Arkitekter's minimal coastal retreat that mixes Scandinavian and Japanese influences to Gluckman Tang's stylish and elegant minimalist poolside abode.

Of course, the July 2018 architecture list outlines certain instances where although the house boasts clean design, its presence is noticeable from afar — Felipe Assadi Arquitectos' adorable two-storey red residence in Chile would be a good example.
