The FM Apartment in São Paulo showcases vibrant industrial interiors through the work of Zalc Arquitetura, who reimagined a 1,076-square-foot home in the Perdizes neighborhood. The project emphasizes openness, connecting the kitchen, living room, and terrace into one continuous space. Bold cobalt blue hydraulic tiles define the kitchen, contrasted with black cabinetry and softened by greenery suspended from overhead shelving. The balance of concrete flooring, metal details, and custom millwork creates a striking industrial foundation that feels both expressive and livable.

In the private areas, the bedroom suite blends seamlessly with its bathroom, achieving a boutique-hotel atmosphere. The guest room doubles as a home office with sage-green cabinetry concealing a Murphy bed, ensuring functionality without sacrificing design. A playful powder room covered in polka dots provides a vivid visual accent, demonstrating how compact spaces can become unexpected highlights. Each element underscores the apartment’s blend of strong materials and vibrant hues.
