After flying under the radar for years, the Haddock House has been put on the market following a renovation that embodied the best of famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright's design features.
Originally designed in 1938, the house took 40 years to complete and was finished after the architect's death. The Usonian-style home is placed on a 10-acre property in Ann Arbor, surrounded by an old forest. The home has stayed exactly the same for years until a recent refurbishment to get it ready to go on the market, making sure to keep each little detail the same while making the space comfortable and livable. The two-bedroom home is filled with rich wood and brick features, offering high ceilings and intricate cutouts.
The Haddock House is now for sale for $1,200,000 -- giving everyone a chance to own a luxurious piece of art history.
