The abode is arranged into four distinct volumes that give it an interior dynamism while making it an attractive addition to the natural landscape on the exterior.
There are three rectangular volumes on Lucia House's ground floor and a single volume that makes up the upper story. Two of the ground floor volumes and the upper volume face the waterway behind the home, and these all have large windows that provide excellent views of the activities that take place on that stretch.
