Brands place emphasis on the "testing" aspect of purchase journeys

Implications - Though product and concept testing has long been a standard across industries, brands are placing a greater emphasis on the post-development side of testing, focusing on the consumer purchase journey itself. Allowing for more flexibility in how consumers engage with their products offers a commitment-free approach for the consumer, taking some of the implicit pressure off of the shopping experience and therefore enhancing trust between the consumer and the brand.
