With the growing demand for alternatives to beer, the canned cocktail market is booming. And beyond the vodka spiked seltzers that have been popular in the past, the August 2020 beverage trends reveal an even wider range of cocktail options. For instance, there's Opihr Gin ready-to-drink gin and tonics, made with hints of ginger and orange. There's also a new brand of tequila seltzers called Volley that are made with 100% blue agave tequila.
Of course, not every consumer is reaching for a cocktail instead of beer. Non-alcoholic drinks are also gaining popularity and many of the new offerings are enhanced with healthy add-ins.
