While The Simpsons are usually associated with the 90s and early 2000s, the September 2018 pop culture trends reveal that America's favorite cartoon family is making a comeback in a big way. With the millennial penchant for all things nostalgic, the classic cartoon let's consumers relive their childhood afternoons spent in front of the television.

One way that millennials are showing The Simpsons some love is through their clothing and accessories. For instance, ASOS teamed up with the creators of The Simpsons to create a lineup of summer-ready pieces. Similarly, atmos LAB recently collaborated with Secret Base on a trio of The Simpsons keychains.

However, the September 2018 pop culture trends reveal that the millennials obsession with The Simpsons goes beyond fashion. Case in point, a real-life Kwik-E-Mart convenience store opened up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina as part of campaign to bring the cartoon to life.
