KFC's 'What's for Dinner' Stars Jason Alexander as the Colonel

Since 2015, KFC has been running a campaign that's invited many different people to take on the role of Colonel Sanders, many of them being comedians—and now, KFC's What's for Dinner sitcom-style ad fittingly introduces Jason Alexander as the Colonel.

Jason Alexander, best known for his role as George Costanza on Seinfeld, takes on the role of the fried chicken chain's founder in the new ad, which is set up like the opening sequence of a TV show. At first, the scene is set with an idyllic family of four and Colonel Sanders, who saves the day by providing dinner. But when the family decides that they don't want him to leave, he sticks around and helps out at home, setting up the premise for the mock TV show.

KFC's What's for Dinner helps to promote the new $20 Fill Ups, which is offered in four choices.
