Arguably one of the most unique runway shows this season was Gucci's Fall 2018 collection, which was premiered during fashion week, and saw models walking along with replicas of their own severed heads. The eerie accessories went with the brand's fantastical theme, which was further conveyed through the inclusion of horned fawns, miniature dragons, and other mythical creatures.
