Implications - Traditionally, air conditioners have been clunky devices that have to be precariously positioned on window sills, part of a house's cooling system or something to be enjoyed while in the car. Now, consumers can cool down whenever necessary through the use of innovative new cooling devices, which range from self-cooling foam and apparel to seat padding and more. As unconventional as these new cooling systems may be, when the heat hits, anyone with sweat glands would be glad to have one.
