Implications - Earlier this year, Trend Hunter shared the PRO trend "Innovation Aid," which discussed the rise of tools and programs helping budding entrepreneurs build successful businesses. However, the focus is now specifically repositioned on social business, as more and more consumers and brands become aware of how they can contribute to different social issues such as clean water or the environment. With this new focus, a variety of social business mentorship organizations, incubators, financing options and other support programs have popped up. In 2012 and beyond, for the consumer with a spark of an idea and the will to do good, anything is possible.
