On the other end of the spectrum, 'That's it.' vegetable bars are made from just five ingredients, including several types of beans and a core vegetable, making for a nutritious on-the-go snack.

Beverages display a similar dichotomy this March, with prosecco sorbet floats on the one hand and vegetable and bone broth drinks on the other.
