The upscale neighborhood of Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad, India, recently became home to a sprawling liquor store called 'Tonique.' With its massive selection and some of the finest products on the market, the glitzy mega-store is the ultimate destination for discerning drinkers.
Tonique is a newly opened liquor store in Hyperbad opened by wine aficionado Anith Reddy. The shop is the biggest liquor and wine store in India, with over 15,000-square-feet of liquor and fine wines. The store is also staffed by more than 20 people at a time to help customers make selections and answer questions such as appropriate pairings. There is even an unofficial 'selfie spot' beneath a giant faux bottle of Moet & Chandon.
The sprawling store demonstrates how the market for premium liquor and wine continues to grow in places such as Hyperbad.
