Thatcher’s Wine is bringing a European wine experience to the Los Angeles area. The new store's design was crafted by Preen Inc. and it expertly blends sophisticated and playful elements that reflect the vision of Thatcher Baker-Briggs, a highly regarded sommelier and Michelin star chef.

The front room exudes a light and refined atmosphere, featuring playful wines with vibrant labels displayed above white oak cabinetry and in a vintage icebox. The subtle lighting further enhances the ambiance. A unique laminated wood display table adds a distinctive touch, while a hi-fi sound system supports tastings and exclusive events at Thatcher’s Wine. The guest room, on the other hand, is adorned with floriferous wallpaper and brass fixtures. Designed to be visually striking and playful, the space boasts a small window with glimpses into the main tasting room. Finally, the forthcoming back room caters to serious collectors, with umber chalked walls, dim lighting, and extensive wine shelving.
