Pinch Food Design is now introducing the world to 'TWIST by Pinch,' an all-new full-service craft cocktail service division.
The innovative craft cocktail bar includes three different drink-making stations, including The Balon, which provides a unique way to pour decanted wine, Pour Over, which applies the popular method of making pour-over coffee to cocktails, and Marble Slab, which sees liquid roll over chiseled marble before making its way into a basin.
TWIST is set to be available as of March 2017, offering to enhance events with an imaginative and custom cocktail experience. It is promised that: "TWIST’s 'Activations' like the market cart, a seasonal, portable produce cart where cocktails are poured through French Presses and garnished with the market’s accessories, will raise the bar for catered events."
