Despite the popularity of online shopping, when visiting a brick-and-mortar location, most shoppers still have a phone in hand, which makes it easy for retailers to reach out with augmented reality experiences, or offer beacon technology to deliver relevant information in-store so that shopping is as hassle-free as possible.
