Luxola is an e-commerce site that sells a range of beauty and skincare products, and it just recently launched its Virtual Makeover Studio so that shoppers can try out the products before ordering. Luxola began as a startup in Singapore three years ago, and now the online shop carries more than 150 international beauty brands. Understandably, introducing the Virtual Makeover application was a smart move to help consumers narrow down the many options and experiment with colors and brands that may be unfamiliar.
With the Virtual Makeover Studio, shoppers can upload a picture of themselves and try on everything from nail polish colors to mascara and eyeshadow colors from their favorite brands. When you're completely satisfied with your finished look, it's possible to "buy the look" with just the click of a button.
