While there are plenty of keto-friendly foods, the October 2021 beverage trends reveal that there is also a high demand for keto-friendly drinks. One example is the new Coffee Starter Kit from Bulletproof, which streamlines the brand's original recipe for a frothy coffee infused with grass-fed butter and MCT oil.
And coffee is not the only caffeinated beverage getting a keto makeover. For instance, Rowdy Energy recently unveiled two brand new flavors of its popular energy drink. Like all the other drinks in the brand's lineup, the new 'Blue Raspberry' and 'Grape' flavors are keto-friendly, zero sugar, and low in calories.
