For instance, Talenti recently rolled out a lineup of ice cream pints that essentially take all the elements of a sundae and layer it into jars for a ready-to-eat treat.
Another frozen dessert innovation is the debut of more better-for-you ice cream options. For instance, Halo Top continues to delight consumers with a new Key Lime Pie version of its protein-rich ice cream. And smaller brands such as Craig's have begun selling 100 percent vegan ice creams made with organic fixings.
