Olive Garden is Now Serving Up Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

Beyond its signature salad and breadsticks, Olive Garden is serving up two tasty new appetizers: Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms and Spicy Alfredo Chicken Strips.

With its fresh new appetizers, Olive Garden is catering to both seafood and poultry fans. For shellfish lovers, the new Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms take large mushroom caps and stuffs them with a creamy crab, shrimp, scallops, and white fish filling. Each mushroom is then topped with breadcrumbs, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Romano cheeses before it is oven-baked. For serving, the mushrooms come in a steaming skillet to keep the appetizer warm.

In contrast, the Spicy Alfredo Chicken consists of breaded and deep-fried chicken strips that have been tossed in a spicy Alfredo sauce alongside hot cherry peppers.
