The May 2019 fashion trends highlight progressive visual design and construction methods that nod to creative matters and eco-friendly approaches. There are experimental fashion, high fashion, and many collaborations that make up the trends for May.

adidas worked in collaboration with Marvel Studios to create a collection of themed sneakers highlighting the superheroes following the launch of Avengers: End Game. The collaborative effort merges the athletic world as well, as basketball players such as James Harden unveiled the themed sneakers on the court. Another great fashion project this month was by PEACEMINUSONE, a streetwear imprint by k-pop star G-Dragon. His label joined forces with fragment design on a selection of apparel and accessory options in rustic looks in muted hues rooted in the color black. It is contrasted by daisy prints to nod to its logo emblem.
