Top 100 Social Good Trends of 2015

From Homeless Haircut Projects to Gamified Recycling Programs:

The top 2015 social good trends reveal that brands are thinking of new and creative ways to approach some of the world's most pressing issues. Whether it is fighting homelessness or redefining our understanding of gender, these initiatives aim to make the world a better and more compassionate place.

Although the issue of homelessness is nothing new, a number of organizations are thinking of new ways to tackle the problem. Some groups are looking at ways to make housing more affordable by turning to new construction methods such as using prefabricated building materials. Other advocacy organizations have taken a different approach by trying to tackle the stigma surrounding homelessness.

In addition to homelessness, the top 2015 social good trends also reveal a greater discussion about the way we understand gender. In particular, there has been significant efforts to address issues that concern transgender individuals. These efforts can be observed through the proliferation of gender-neutral underwear ads, body positive clothing campaigns and even the making of a trans celebrity docu-series.
