The environmental consciousness of consumers, the desire for one-of-a-kind pieces and the influence of pre-loved fashion is going mainstream, so much so that entire secondhand fashion editorials are being created. Inspiring people inside and outside its own community to embrace sustainable and stylish fashion, secondhand fashion marketplace Vinted teamed up with British photographer Rankin to capture an editorial shoot exclusively styled with Vinted finds.
The shoot featured six looks that show off the unique qualities of pre-loved fashion, and the styles are set to be shown as part of an upcoming exhibition at the Ernst Leitz Museum in Wetzlar, Germany.
Recently, Vinted released its first-ever Climate Change Impact Report, which offers "a reminder that pre-loved is a better lifestyle choice for the climate, your wallet and wardrobe."
