Noki & the NESTT Showcase an Upcycled Fashion Collection

An increasing number of upcycled fashion collections are gracing the catwalks of international fashion weeks and one great example comes from Noki and the NESTT (Noki Education of Sustainable Textiles and Technology). Having debuted at London Fashion Week, the 22-4-1 Evolutions capsule boasts "22 custom builds" that are "vivid, empowering, and liberating. "Designers like Noki make sure to embed sustainability throughout their collections.

The upcycled fashion collection by Noki, who is considered to be "the original anarchist to fashion waste and sustainability issues," features colorful and experimental silhouettes. The materials are sourced from apparel that was once destined for the landfill. Noki works in a cut-and-splice, media mash-up manner, garnering attention for what people describe as "franken-fashion collage style." The Fall/Winter 2023 capsule is provocative, playful, and eye-catching.
