As brands look for engaging ways to educate consumers on a product's best uses, many are turning to pop-up eateries as the solution. From pop-up cafes that serve up a menu infused with the featured product to street activations that provide samples, brands are getting creative and giving consumers the VIP treatment in order to cultivate meaningful relationships.

The Campbell's Cantina is a recent food brand pop-up held in Toronto that aimed to highlight the ways in which the brand's pre-made soup products can be prepared with fresh ingredients. The two-week long pop-up featured a local chef who prepared four Campbell's soups infused with fresh ingredients such as hard boiled eggs, beer can-roasted chicken and more.
