Build Your Own Sweetgreen Bar Brings Customization to Group Occasions

Sweetgreen's Build Your Own Sweetgreen Bar is a new, catering format centered on customization and thoughtfully sourced, nutrient-dense ingredients. Made for group occasions, each bar is served in scalable increments of 10, allowing hosts to mix and match multiple bases (greens and grains) plus proteins, fresh toppings, house-made dressings, and more to accommodate all sorts of different tastes and dietary needs.

To celebrate its most flexible catering format to date, Sweetgreen launched the Here for the Bowl activation in San Francisco. At Ferry Building’s South Plaza during the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market, Sweetgreen shared on-site signage and a scannable QR code leading to its catering platform. Timed to coincide with preparations for Big Game festivities, Sweetgreen gave visitors the chance to enter to win free Sweetgreen Catering up to $400.
