One-Night-Only Dining Events

The Saratoga Supper Club Turned a Convenience Store into a Speakeasy

For one night only, the Saratoga Supper Club transformed a convenience store in Los Angeles into a speakeasy to share a menu designed by Michelin-starred Chef Buddha Lo. At the latest edition of the Saratoga Supper Club, unexpectedly delightful dishes were served, like tuna tartare in cheese-dusted taco shells and caviar-topped tea sandwiches, with Saratoga Spring Water.

High-low pairings are popping up everywhere, from restaurants and bars to casual meals shared at home as people mix refined flavors with everyday comforts. To inspire chefs at home, Chef Buddha Lo shared recipes, as well as tips for holiday hosting, like sharing small bites that make a big impression, adding an unexpected touch like caviar, or accenting with color, like Saratoga Signature Blue.
