Chain, the immersive concept dining experience founded by actor-writer B.J. Novak and Michelin-starred chef Tim Hollingsworth, transformed into The Pollo Lounge for a limited time. Inspired by the Polo Lounge, the Hollywood Chain House became a cozy jazz speakeasy and invited guests to listen to Grammy and Emmy award-winning composer and pianist Emily Bear. Throughout the night other musical artists shared their talents and played popular songs in a classic jazz style.
Chain specializes in sharing elevated versions of fast food fare and for this pop-up, guests were served chicken tenders, fries, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and biscuits. At The Pollo Lounge, guests also got to choose from a menu of cocktails made with the new prebiotic soda LEVO, the sponsor of the evening.
