100 Eclectically Constructed Instruments

Banana Synths and Jelly Jammers are Wonky Music Makers:

It is often said that a talented musician can compose beautiful music regardless of what noise maker they choose to play on and a series of eclectically constructed instruments prove that talent really does comes from within.

While it is certainly desirable to own the crème de la crème of one's music maker of choice, there is something to be said for someone who can use an everyday, household object to make a toe-tapping hit.

Fruits and vegetables are fast becoming common elements used not only for eating but also for playing music. Synthesizers made from bananas and ukeleles shaped like avocados are but two reasons why one should ignore the age-old adage of not playing with their food.

For those who believe food is meant to be on the table and not the pop charts, river-powered music players or ice-sculpted instruments in danger of melting at any moment may incite a desire to bust out some jams.
