The top October 2015 Architecture trends include a variety of design trends that highlight shifting consumer values in a number of regards. From eco-friendly architecture to elaborate facades that combine aesthetics and sustainability, there are plenty of architecture innovation that point to emerging patterns of opportunity.

Tavaru Restaurant and Bar is a multi-floored structure that appears more like a decorative tower from afar. Located on a private island resort in the Maldives, the tower offers stunning views from each level while boasting an upscale menu.

Hyper-portable pre-modeled homes are important in terms of crisis relief and affordable housings. An innovative solution designed by UK interior design firm Bert & May Group in collaboration with architecture and design studio Box 9 Design, the 'Teeny Box' is affordable and built with sustainability-focused feautres.
