Designed as part of a collaboration with UAU Collective, these modular prefab homes are perfect for people for whom traditional houses are needlessly big. Skilpod's 48 square meter dwelling for example is perfect for young singles and seniors, and is set to be provided through social housing organizations in Belgium.
