Ever since the 1969 moon landings, people have been transfixed with space innovations and space travel. The current societal fixation with space travel has now resulted in a resurgence of space-related technological advancements. Companies and organizations are continuing to push for space innovations that could change the way humans see and interact with the universe beyond our planet.

One notable space-related innovation comes from SpaceX, where the company will offer a rocket rideshare program for those wishing to launch satellites. Rideshare missions will begin in 2020.
