The Hyundai Crater concept has been designed at the Hyundai America Technical Center in Irvine, California as a compact vehicle with futuristic flair. The vehicle is engineered with off-road adventures in mind with a body design that's angular and sculptural with a green-gold matte paint finish that's accented by prominent skid plates and a roof platform. This roof-mounted platform is positioned as the perfect spot for stowing extra gear, positioning auxiliary lighting and more.
The Hyundai Crater concept is paired with hexagonal-faceted 18-inch wheels with 33-inch off-road tires and is built on a monocoque architecture. The vehicle reveals an interior with exposed roll cage cars, four-point harnesses, bolstered seating and more. The vehicle will be on view at the Los Angeles Auto Show through Sunday, November 30, 2025.
