Top 85 Pop Culture Trends in May

From Cartoon-Themed Graphic Tees to Charitable Cloth Face Masks:

The May 2020 pop culture trends are vast and explore creative ways of incorporating recognizable concepts to products and services. Many of the latest trends take a timely approach with the unfortunate COVID-19 outbreak, as brands launch initiatives to support those impacted by the pandemic.

Canadian producer and musician The Weeknd launches an 'XO Face Mask' to support the MusiCare Coronavirus Relief Fund. The collection of non-medical cloth face masks are detailed with 'XO' as a reference to his brand label and the other side of the mask reads "STAY AWAY." Another great pop culture example this month is done by artist Daniel Arsham and his collaboration with Pokemon and Uniqlo. The trio launch a collection of graphic tees that sport Arsham's iteration of the Pokemon characters.
