This year turned out to be another great one in the world of professional sports, and there's little doubt that the professional excitement trickled down to the purchasing habits of the average, amateur athlete, as the 2017 sports products listed here show.

2017's pro sports calendar started off as strong as it possibly could have, with this year's Super Bowl being one of the most stunning of all time after the Patriots completed a stunning second half comeback to defeat the favorites in the Hawks. Though the NBA and NHL seasons were relatively pedestrian this year, that was perfectly fine, as the 2017 World Series produced yet another instant classic (which is hard to imagine when coming off the Cubs' win from 2016). The young Astros fulfilled their manifest destiny, knocking out the historically great Dodgers to bring the trophy back to hurricane-ravaged Houston.
