Marc Jacobs is perhaps the most well known New York-based designer in the world, and is loved by millions of fans. Other than Karl Lagerfeld from Chanel, Jacobs is the fashion industry name that is the most integrated into pop culture and is regularly referenced in magazines, television and online.
