35 Designer Diffusion Lines

From California Cool Collections to Designer Flannel Fashion:

Designer diffusion lines are more prevalent today than they have ever been. During the credit crunch from 2008 to 2009, so many consumers tightened their purse strings that fashion designers had no choice but to create cheaper versions of their designs for mass retail. Now, while more consumers can afford designer fashions, the popularity of designer diffusion lines still remains high, with more and more designers trying their hand at budget-friendly garments.

Perhaps the reason for designer diffusion lines' acceptance among consumers is that a fashionista just can't say no to apparel that has her favorite designer stitched on the label but doesn't create a hole in her pocket to buy. Another reason might be that a designer's cheaper-chic product is just more wearable for day-to-day affairs. Whatever it is, designer diffusion lines run the gamut, from Missoni for Target and D&G by Dolce & Gabbana to Versace for H&M and Simply Vera by Vera Wang.
