The health and wellness space continues to grow as consumers continue to place greater importance on their well-being and the July 2021 health trends discuss how businesses are tapping into the growing segment.
One notable example is the new Bravely platform, a mental wellbeing app designed to stop "doomscrolling" and instill healthy habits. The app was created by a team of psychologists along with writers and product experts to "help provide users with a range of tools and knowledge they need to lead a healthier overall life."
To accommodate consumers who prefer at-home workouts designed for their specific mood, Peloton recently debuted new mood-based cycling classes. Dubbed the Peloton Mood Series, the classes include: happy, sad, calm, confident, and heated, and feature four to five classes for each discipline.
