Recycled Plastic Toothbrushes

Cocofloss' Soft and Eco-Conscious Toothbrush Helps to Reduce Waste

Cocofloss is introducing recycled plastic toothbrushes made from ocean-bound materials and it's on a mission to remove 19 tons of trash from coastal areas. The dentist-designed toothbrush features ultra-soft micro-bristles and a recycled ocean-bound plastic handle, plus it's a product that's said to be 16 times "more effective at cleaning between teeth than a standard toothbrush" based on the findings of an independent Swiss university study.

Available in vibrant shades like Blue Bliss, Tickled Pink, Orange Zest and Limoncello Yellow, the toothbrush makes the most of a material that's already available in abundance. As a result of working with recycled ocean-bound plastic for a year, Cocofloss anticipates saving 8,494 kilowatt-hours of energy, 1,489 cubic feet of landfill space and it will help to avoid over 3,000 pounds of CO2 emissions.
