Top 30 Retail Concepts in July

From Halal Confectionery Stores to Slow-Drip Coffee Shops:

From halal confectionery stores to upscale cereal bars, the top July 2016 retail concepts highlight the ever-evolving role of design in expanding the experience of brick-and-mortar.

Ahead of the opening of the Design Museum on London's Kensington High Street, the museum has launched a stand-alone retail concept that will serve to familiarize consumers with the experience of the brand before the museum's official launch in November 2016. The shop, also located on Kensington's High Street, was created by designer John Pawson and will feature a curated selection of "design classics," according to the museum.

Meanwhile, book retailer Barnes & Noble is opening bars in four of its stores. The new retail concept will launch in New York, California, Minnesota and Virginia first, with an expansion to follow based on reception from consumers.
