The 10AM Apotheke pop-up reimagines island retail and hospitality by transforming Antiparos’s former folklore museum into a hybrid of concept store, café, and botanical bar. Conceived by Eva Papadaki of 10AM Apotheke and Studio Andrew Trotter, the space unfolds gently throughout the day, from morning rituals under olive trees to botanical cocktails at dusk. Lime-washed surfaces, handcrafted ceramics, and floating wooden furniture establish a tactile, minimal backdrop rooted in local rhythm and light.
Objects sourced from flea markets rest beside carved marble pieces by Theodore Psychoyos, adding layers of materials that feel both familiar and unexpected. The layout encourages slow movement, as visitors browse artisanal goods one moment and gather around a bar the next. Seasonal offerings such as juices, herbal teas, and simple breakfasts evolve into evening menus of wild-infused cocktails and small dishes. The pop-up fluidly transitions between retail, nourishment, and gathering, creating an immersive environment that honors place-based design with warmth and quiet intention.
