Starbucks is Bring a Boutique Bakery Called Princi to the US

Starbucks recently announced that it will be bringing a boutique bakery called 'Princi' to the US. While the chain has yet to open the first Starbucks location in Italy, it is already working on a plan to bring gourmet Italian treats stateside.

The bakery chain in question is an Italian brand called Princi, which serves gourmet baked goods at locations in Milan and London. While the stores boast a minimalist aesthetic, the entire staff is outfitted in high-end Armani clothes. The bakery is open 24 hours a day and serves everything from light breakfast fare to gourmet dinners.

Starbucks not only hopes to bring the boutique bakery to the US, but it has also made Princi "the executive food purveyor at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Rooms in Shanghai and New York."
