19 Hydrogen-Powered Vehicles

Despite a market shift towards more inexpensive alternative fuels, we’re still seeing creative vehicle designs that run on hydrogen fuel cells. Many of these are powerful supercars, like the Jaguar C-XC, the Ronn Motor Scorpion or the Aston-Martin DBGT 2025.

Other hydrogen-powered vehicles, however, are a bit more demure. Japan has developed a wheelchair that runs on hydrogen fuel cells, and the Corgi H2GO is a radio-controlled toy car that needs only sunlight and water to run.

While these designs may not see production in the near future, it’s certain that they’ll help foster the promise of hydrogen as an eco-friendly fuel alternative.
